Vision by Pixels offers Open Edition fine art prints on a variety of papers and at a variety of price points. Open Edition prints are custom printed to order on Hahnemühle and other high-quality fine art papers chosen to best enhance the presentation and longevity of your photograph. Prints are bordered and signed on the back.

Ordering prints
To order prints, please use the form on our contact page and include both the required contact information and, in the subject line, the image title and size (for example, “Request for purchase Interlude 11″ x 17”). Please also include your mailing address in the message field and, if you are a U.S. resident, your primary state of residence if it differs from the state of your mailing address. We will confirm your order via email and send you an invoice payable via credit card or Paypal, and upon receipt of payment we will print your order.
Print orders normally require approximately two weeks for fulfillment to accommodate the custom print process. Please note, however, that prints may occasionally require four to six weeks to accommodate both the print process and travel schedules. We will estimate the delivery time when we confirm your order.
We offer our prints on high-quality fine art paper. If you’re interested in ordering your print on a different substrate, please contact us with your request prior to ordering. After we’ve determined pricing and an appropriate alternative substrate, we’ll invoice you and estimate the delivery time for you.
Framing
We do not currently offer framing. If you plan to have your print professionally framed, we recommend that you leave your print in its protective shipping container until framing with appropriate archival materials to ensure the longevity of your print and to avoid damage from improper handling.
Display-only photos
Some photos on our portfolio and blog sites are not offered for sale, and we’ve indicated that these photos are for display purposes only, but please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions about the rest.
Caring for your prints
We recommend having prints mounted behind UV glass, particularly if they will be hung in well-lit areas or exposed to direct sunlight.
All prints will be treated with Hahnemühle Protective Spray, but we also recommend mounting prints behind UV glass for maximum protection.
Refunds & Returns
Please notify us of your desire to return the print within 15 days of receipt, and we will refund the purchase price of the print (minus shipping) once the print has been returned in its original packaging and original shipping condition and with any Certificates of Authenticity.
We do not offer refunds for prints damaged by mishandling or improper storage.
Prints that have been damaged during shipping will be replaced free of charge upon our receipt of the damaged print in the original packaging with any Certificates of Authenticity. We will refund your return shipping costs.
